Eligibility for returns

To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase. Please note that returns can only be done if the customer has product insurance.

Return Process

Provide comprehensive information about the reason for your return, and our team will guide you through the return process, as fa customer it is your duty to ship an item back and any funds that come with it.

Refund Process

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and additional fees may apply.

Exchanges

For defective or damaged items, we offer exchanges for the same product. If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued. Contact our customer service team at help.kaptivate@gmail.com to arrange an exchange.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective/damaged item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring your package, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.

Cancellation of Orders

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting our customer service team at help.kaptivate@gmail.com. After this period, the order may have been processed and cannot be canceled.
